Mosaic Presence Culture Consulting starts with an impartial evaluation of your development team. The impact both top-down and bottom-up will be reviewed and examined for the sole purpose of upgrading the culture. Next, the evaluation data is incorporated into your organization’s customized Community Building plan. In conjunction with the Community Building plan, each team member will have her/his/their own Skills Development Paths plan designed to raise awareness, spark interests, and boost fun!
With the first three steps implemented and assimilated, Leadership Coaching sessions will be delivered to all. Leaders take ownership and initiative, welcome feedback and ideas, encourage self and others, and, most importantly, know leadership begins and ends with character.
