In the motorcycle community, to encourage folks to wear the proper gear, riders say that it’s not IF you’ll fall, but WHEN you’ll fall.
This is a great message for leaders. It reminds them that they will fail.

🏍️ Don’t Personalize It (the situation is sideways, not you)
🏍️ Identify What Happened (root cause analysis)
🏍️ Look for the Lesson (learn from the situation and improve)
🏍️ Adopt a Growth Mindset (try try try 🎶)
Effective Leaders know that failure is a normal part of growth, so don’t dwell on it, get the lessons, and use the experience to adapt and try again.
