Time to Fall Back 🍁 🕖
We set our clocks back an hour in about two weeks.😭 (I need all of this time to prepare.😄)

What’s your Plan B? Define Plan B alongside Plan A. Plan B, aka Fallback Position is an alternative option or the lowest acceptable outcome you’re willing to tolerate when things go sideways.
💡 Here’s the power of Fallback Position–it improves strategy. Strategy and leadership are interwoven. It’s paramount that leaders be able to think strategically and navigate the unknown effectively. Anticipation is a leader’s superpower.

Do you overvalue your presence? Does your team perform better when you aren’t around? FYI – Your team’s not going to tell you this. That’s okay, because it’s your responsibility to observe and adjust if this is happening.
💡 Here’s the power of Fallback (Know When To)– it reaps the benefits of Leading from Behind. Leaders who guide their team while giving them autonomy build trust, encourage growth, and develop a team that’s innovative, takes ownership, and over-delivers. Harvesting “Collective Genius” is a leader’s superpower.
